So, what do you get if you take a group of 18-25 year olds with a large amount of identified potential, stir together with a training program that aims to provide goal setting, communication, financial management, public speaking and leadership tools and mix it all together in a subsidised three day residential setting?
Of course, you get the unique South West Young Achiever's Program!
SWYAP is designed for young people who are in the workforce and are likely to contribute to the future of our area. It recognises that many young people in our community are already displaying the attributes that make them good citizens and valued employees and it aims to provide additional skills that will help them to reach their full potential.
Who can join in the challenge?
If you are aged between 18 & 25 we hope that you will grasp this opportunity to challenge yourself and become the best that you can. It really is true of life that you get out of it what you are prepared to put in and so it is with this program. Enjoy yourself, participate enthusiastically and share your thoughts with others so that we may all learn and grow together.
If you are prepared to stay open to new ideas then anything is possible. Above all, if you aspire to be all you can be then you will be all you can be and inspire all those around you.
